For most initiatives, launching a groundbreaking project is the peak of their journey. For Themis Ecosystem, it’s just the beginning. With its ambitious founder, Roberto Hroval, at the helm, the Ecosystem continues to push boundaries, fueled by a relentless drive to innovate and evolve.
They refine procurement, streamline sales and internal processes, craft meticulous marketing strategies, and design offers that captivate buyers and partners alike. For most, achieving this level of optimization marks the pinnacle of success.
“For us, that’s only the first step,” says the founder of the multi-billion-dollar enterprise. “Our expectations are so high that what others would consider a fully optimized project is merely the baseline for us. Furthermore, every project we undertake integrates into a much larger vision, which demands exceptional standards. The entire Themis Ecosystem’s success will ultimately be defined by its least optimized component, so there is no room for anything less than optimal.”
This mindset has propelled Themis Ecosystem from an idea to a movement that is reshaping industries and inspiring communities around the globe. Even as its current projects prepare for their grand openings, the team is already charting the next steps. These include advanced optimization processes, new groundbreaking innovations, a new high-tech factory that will serve as a second “driver,” and the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX) digital marketplace launch.
Looking Back: The Progress Made in 2024
The year 2024 has been a landmark for Themis Ecosystem. Alongside the design and construction of the Biomass Ultima factory in green Slovenia, EU, the team completed two additional industrial ventures. The first, Asclepius8, is an innovative anti-stress solution tailored for urban environments. This innovative technology offers natural therapies to combat stress and has been prepared for launch for over a year. A specialized team is ready to oversee its implementation.
The second project, Green Vertical Farming (GVF), focuses on sustainable agriculture. It is currently in the testing phase, experimenting with different fertilizers, crop types, and cultivation methods. Once operational, its products will be sold under the John’s Organic Roots brand.
These projects represent the industrial side of Themis Ecosystem. On the digital front, the team has developed the concept of Industrial Raw Material Units (IRMUs), digital vouchers designed to monetize and standardize products. IRMUs will be traded on the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), enabling investors to support revolutionary technologies while contributing to carbon reduction initiatives.
One of the key goals for 2025 is the OIX’s official launch. Progress made during 2024 has established the foundation for its first phase, which involves tracking transactions manually while fine-tuning the system. This groundwork will pave the way for the second phase: digital trading via an app. A promotional film and a countdown timer for the PP8 bullion coin auction will soon enhance the OIX website.
Elevating Projects in 2025
The year 2025 will be pivotal for Themis Ecosystem, as the first half of the year is set to witness the simultaneous launch of four major projects: the inauguration of the Biomass Ultima factory, the official start of the first GVF unit, and the placement of the first anti-stress capsule Asclepius8 on a bustling city street, offering citizens complementary natural therapies to reduce stress. Another significant milestone will be the launch of the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX), enabling the trade of IRMUs.
However, these openings do not signify the end of project preparation but rather lay the groundwork for numerous new tasks and challenges ahead.
Following the grand launch, much of the team’s focus will shift to the planning and construction of the second driver, Project Phoenix8. This project will also undergo digitalization, allowing supporters to purchase its final products via OIX through IRMUs.
Simultaneously, hierarchies will be structured, and job positions will be filled. New teams of employees will standardize work processes and take over the operation of completed projects. The teams that designed and built the current projects will transition to developing and implementing new drivers and their supporting initiatives.
All existing projects—the Biomass Ultima plant, the GVF project, the OIX exchange, and the Asclepius8 anti-stress capsule—will be elevated to new levels in 2025.
The Asclepius8 project will serve as an entry point to a smaller specialized clinic addressing stress and related challenges. The goal is to build a comprehensive approach to stress resolution by involving two teams: one focusing on program and development and the other managing operational and medical processes.
The long-term goal is to transform the clinic into an independent institution dedicated to innovative and natural health solutions across various fields.
Similarly, the John’s Organic Roots (JOR) brand will undergo significant development. Like other projects, JOR will get its own company and expert team. Two teams will be established for JOR. The first will be focused on know-how (research and development), and the second on raw materials and products, including sales, support, maintenance, and servicing of the GVF unit sales division.
Long-term Vision: Strategic Partner for Global Agricultural Solutions
The European agricultural sector faces significant challenges as the trend shifts towards more natural farming practices and organic livestock feed.
Themis Ecosystem, Biomass Ultima, and JOR aim to position themselves not only as producers of green energy and by-products but also as long-term strategic partners for agricultural support. All products under the JOR brand are natural and part of the green circular economy in agriculture. These products replace artificial preparations and toxic additives in soil and livestock feed.
Themis Ecosystem and JOR can provide:
- Organic tar free from toxic phosphates (e.g., for wood impregnation),
- Organic wood vinegar as a substitute for chemical pesticides,
- Organic carbon for soil enhancement,
- Organic fertilizer to improve crop quality and yield.
Besides the above, one of the main achievements is CO2 negativity, which is also a sellable product integrated into IRMU units.
A team of technologists, chemists, and sales experts will lead the development of this sector. It will optimize products, define their applications (some products have multiple uses that determine varying price points), identify ideal customers, and position the brand in the market as a leader in top-tier products made in the EU.
This strategy aligns seamlessly with the European Union’s agricultural development goals. Directive 2009/128/EC on sustainable pesticide use aims to reduce the risks and impacts of pesticide use and promote integrated pest management and alternative methods, such as non-chemical solutions.
Under the “Farm to Fork” and “Biodiversity Strategy” frameworks, the EU aims to halve the use and risks of chemical pesticides by 2030. Many member states and organizations are actively working to reduce pesticide use and promote sustainable farming practices, including natural agricultural supplements as effective alternatives to chemical solutions.
JOR is well-positioned to become one of the first producers and strategic suppliers of natural agricultural additives. The timing is ideal, as organic carbon and organic wood vinegar are becoming increasingly relevant topics.
On the economic side, the situation is even better. While prices for natural products replacing chemical preparations are expected to rise significantly in the future, Themis Ecosystem’s calculations are based on minimum prices. Some of them are more than ten times lower than prevailing market rates. This evaluation creates a realistic business outlook with tremendous potential for profit growth.
Innovate, Optimize, and Expand
As Themis Ecosystem looks toward 2025, its ambitions are both bold and inspiring–being not a company content with resting on its laurels but a movement determined to redefine sustainability, innovation, and industry standards on a global scale. The simultaneous launch of multiple projects—from Biomass Ultima and Green Vertical Farming to the Asclepius8 anti-stress capsule and the Online Industrial Exchange—signals a new era of possibilities.
By addressing critical challenges in energy, agriculture, and mental well-being, Themis Ecosystem is positioning itself as a cornerstone of progress. Its vision extends beyond profit margins, embracing a long-term commitment to reshaping industries and creating tangible solutions for a more sustainable and equitable future.
The path ahead is clear: innovate, optimize, expand. With a foundation of groundbreaking technologies, strategic collaborations, and a dedicated team, Themis Ecosystem is poised to lead the charge toward a better tomorrow. Its journey serves as a testament to what can be achieved when vision meets determination, and the result is nothing less than transformative.
As Roberto Hroval aptly puts it, “The best innovations are those that build on themselves—always growing, always improving, and always striving to make a greater impact.” Themis Ecosystem is proof of this philosophy in action, setting a standard for others to follow while carving a unique path forward.
